Congratulations to the 2023 graduating class of Garth Webb Secondary School! These graduates should be proud of their academic, extracurricular, social, and personal accomplishments over the course of their time at Garth Webb Secondary School.

We are pleased to announce the Juno Beach Centre Association Award Recipients: Evan Dennison and Logan Hand.

Garth Webb Secondary School (Oakville, Ontario) is named after the Juno Beach Centre’s founder, a Second World War Veteran with a passion for remembrance education. Garth Webb passed away in May 2012, before his namesake school opened in September of the same year. In 2015, the Juno Beach Centre decided to further mark its connection with Garth Webb Secondary by establishing two awards for the school’s graduating class: one in academics and one in athletics.

Evan Dennison

Evan Dennison received the Juno Beach Centre Association Award for Academics. This bursary is awarded to a graduating student who has demonstrated a high level of achievement in their academic studies throughout their time at Garth Webb Secondary School.

Logan Hand

Logan Hand received the Juno Beach Centre Association Award for Athletics. This bursary is awarded to a graduating student who has demonstrated a high level of dedication and commitment to the co-curricular athletic program throughout their time at Garth Webb Secondary School.

We wish our award recipients and their fellow graduates all the best as they embark on new journeys in careers or post-secondary education.
