135 students from the Notre Dame Primary School in Orbec, Normandy visited the Juno Beach Centre today. One of the many Catholic schools in Calvados, they came to see the new temporary exhibit “Grandma, what was it like during the war?”, in order to illustrate their own school project called “My School in 1944”. The Juno Beach Centre is very pleased to welcome such enthusiastic groups — nearly the entire school was in attendance. Bravo!
