Halloween at the Juno Beach Centre

| November 3, 2015

On the evening of October 31, 2015, pirates took Juno Beach for their treasure! Fortunately, a crew of younger pirates came to its rescue. After a fun treasure hunt, the pirates counted their booty, found in the dunes. They also competed in a race-against-the-clock to recover the captain’s hat — a significant find for any pirate. Thankfully, in the end the captain rewarded them all by sharing his treasure with the whole crew.

To celebrate this pirate-themed Halloween event, swashbuckling participants attended a spectacular show by fire-breather Terra Juggler.

Well done, young pirates! Thanks to you, your crew can pull anchor and set off for other conquests and bounty!

Happy halloween and thanks to everyone who participated in this fun community event! Until next year, pirates…
