The Juno Beach Centre summer guides are pictured at the Canadian cemetery at Bény-sur-Mer Before returning to Canada at the end of their summer at Juno, the guides present the life of a Canadian soldier buried at Bény that they selected on their first day of training. It is always a time of reflection and introspection for the outgoing teams to finish at the Canadian cemetery. This was especially moving for Brittany Love, our senior guide who is leaving the JBC after eight months. The summer 2013 team has given tours of Juno Beach to more than 10,000 visitors in their time here. Congratulations to a dedicated team of young Canadians who will return to Canada carrying the torch of remembrance, a rich and unique experience.
