Canada Day (musical afternoon)

- Concert by the "Chœur de la Cité" from Quebec City. This 40-voice adult choir, on tour in France and Belgium, will perform folk and popular songs from Quebec, as well as military music and the Canadian National anthem. Duration: 45min. Free of charge. Esplanade of the Juno Beach Centre.
4:30pm - Concert by the "Hamilton All Star Jazz Band" from Ontario. Big Band orchestra comprised of young musicians aged 16 to 25, including brass, guitar, base, drums, piano and song. Duration: 1h30. Free of charge. Esplanade

A temporary exhibit that highlights how the Canadians and the British fought side-by-side during major events of the war: at sea during the Battle of the Atlantic, in the skies during the Battle of Britain, on D-Day and throughout the Battle of Normandy.
