Visiting Juno Beach and Normandy meant a lot to me because it enabled me to understand and appreciate Canada's history on a deeper level than I could have in a classroom. I walked through the museum and toured the beach. I particularly enjoyed seeing the belongings, the letters home, and photos of real soldiers. I will definitely remember that! Overall, I thought the museum was very informative and presented the information in a variety of ways, which kept it interesting and easy to understand.
