The Juno Beach Centre was probably the best museum we visited during our week-long stay in Normandy. The Cadets thoroughly enjoyed the visit, which was enhanced by the interactive displays. It was also about Canada and its people. The Centre staff were extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning to the museum next year.

I found the Centre very interesting, giving a modern and informative experience regarding Juno Beach and the Normandy landings. I found the Centre particularly good as it was interactive and covered information concerning troops from different nations, whilst also giving background information on each country. I really liked the Royal Canadian Air Force Temporary Exhibit which was on show during our visit.

Overall, I enjoyed my trip to Normandy. I was given an insight into different events that happened during WWII, all of which I found interesting. I found the Juno Beach Centre very informative, learning not just about the Canadian troops but also about the effect it had in Canada. I enjoyed the different learning techniques – for example, the DVDs and games – and found these extremely helpful when learning.

Excellent museum with great interactive exhibits. The videos of the veterans were quiet – maybe a little more volume or headphones.
