Normandy is a beautiful area full of history, breath-taking cathedrals, cobble-stone streets and half-timber houses. The Juno Beach Centre is a very interesting tribute to the Canadians who landed here in 1944, as well as to Canada itself. The ceremony was amazing too. It made me very proud to be Canadian.

This is an amazing memorial and I’m so glad that we came. The museum is so interesting that you could spend hours looking through all the great history. I didn’t have enough time so I’m coming back. See you on D-Day!

An amazing, eye opening experience. Seeing the history in person helped to put more perspective on the matter than learning about it in school. The museum was well laid out and the guides were extremely informative and accommodating.

A lot of information to get through in such a short time. I think it was a very moving tribute to all that served. Being from Australia I did not have as much direct relation but can very much empathize with a job well done. All the best for the future.

I got a more complex picture of the Second World War, and the exhibition/museum is really good.
