Juno Beach Centre | Canada in WWII

The Juno Beach Centre seems to be well organized and gives a good overview of what happened to Canadians during the war. As well, I like that the time context was given of life at home (personalizes it). The interactivity of some of the displays encourages the students to touch and read what went on.

The Juno Beach Centre was really amazing. It was a really good idea for veterans to insist on building the Centre. [...] I thought that this Centre truly honoured Canadian history and will inform others about what happened on D-Day.

My visit to Normandy and the Juno Beach Centre has been an experience that I will forever remember. The amount of Canadian history that can be found in this region is truly incredible and the Juno Beach Centre has done a magnificent job in capturing it all within its walls.
